Remember To Forget

remember the small things

and they will become big things

within the slow burn of reform

the phoenix always rises with time

now forget these big things

remember them into small pieces

through the inferno of revolution

burn the bird and forget the time

watch it rise again and again

different each and every time

how it will be forgotten

how it is then remembered

   that    it will always rise again

through the fury of transition

into the utopia of understanding

and back then again...  into the decadence

and then the fire.

again

so don't forget to remember

it's not always bad to forget

and partake in a little disaster

to force remembrance yet again
