The Result of Broken Sound

"the tongue is a small part of the body, but it's fire can do great damage" -- James 3:5-8

when shaped the wrong way

sound can break you down

smash humans into little pieces

and in that silence after the violence 

they are left alone to mend together

every shattered part and parcel

 and not just sometimes

  reemerges the wrong shape

something maladaptive

a fully broken person

but totally put together 

something now malignant

something insidious

a poisonous semi human

not quite a person

something formed the wrong way

raised on venom

searching for misery
