maybe the slower you go

the more you will see

 after the beginning

 and the faster you run

the faster it comes

the ending

perhaps

the faster you go

the more you will get

before it ends

 i suppose

Yes indeed, also the tighter you hold on to something the less you will feel that thing. It's helpful to have a good grip, a squeeze that isn't too tight. A pace that isn't too fast... you can run further if you don't run too fast.
