One Moment

One Moment

A Story by Leo
"

Time instances flashing through the stillness

"
I am right here.
This very moment.
You can feel the presence of my mind.
Time instances flashing through the stillness - each constantly replaced by the next.
Sooner than I can think of what has been taken away, another is given in return.
Mind clings to the known. To what it knows best.
I know what it was. I do not know what will be.
The present is impossibly illusive.
To live this moment?
The moment from my memory?
Where am I?
