WHY DOES IT RAIN

WHY DOES IT RAIN

A Poem by David Michael II

We all ask why does it rain.
Sometimes we think its angles crying.
Sometimes we think it's the world crying from all the pain.
There are very few reasons we say it rains.
Rain waters our gardens.
Rain makes us feel good.
Rain is something we all can love.
Rain is something that we can watch here and there.
We don't really know why it rains,
We just look up and ask
Why does it rain?

I like where you're going with this. Nice little poem. Be careful with spelling: angels not angles, it's not its when referring to it is. If you do it already, then ignore me, but a good tip for poetry is to say it out loud in order to get a feel for the rhythm of the words and lines.

I also say its because angels are crying. And why do certain parts of the country/world rain more than others??
