TO WHICH I STAND

i am in my moment
the moment that has a new name
 
the name in which i stand
ridding myself of what is old

the time to kick, skip and breath
eat only that which is healthy

drink the crystalline water
that was intended
before fizzy chemicals where invented

stick to the rigid plan
only to come out
walking with my head high

strutting my stuff
 never to go back to that awful place
