This little book of poetry and prose
Looks modest and homemade, I suppose
They say that you can't judge a book
By it's cover...but we try so hard anyway...
Even after we're lovers
I've traveled a lot thru the years
I've seen amazing things
I've had a few good ideas
I've laughed a good laugh and
I've cried hot salty tears
But there is one thing that I've
Learned and learned well..
Without someone to love you,
Your life would be hell.
