She calms the storms that consume my mind.
Like the sun allows nature to grow
Her love gives life to my soul.
Like a soft breeze cools the summer sand
She extinguishes, the heat of my rage.
Like tornado pulls the air from its surroundings
Her beauty steals the breath from my lungs.
Like a wildfire engulfs the forest
She fuels the fire of my inspiration.
Like an earthquake cracks the solid ground,
Her tenderness fractures the stone that encases my heart.
She is my peace though all the chaos.
