Rambles And Symbols

Words on a page,
Symbols on a screen,
Scribbles in some kind of format.
What is it we mean,
When we write these things,
In hand or a funky font?
Trying to make sense.
To get across what we want.
Rambles of ideas,
One big mess.
This is what one would call a poem,
In no way meaningless.
