a little last bit for the sleepers alive and the dreamers awake (ghost)

a little last bit for the sleepers alive and the dreamers awake (ghost)

A Poem by Sofia Guerra

laying in a bathtub
any bathtub
it does not matter;
the sun is bleeding in
the bandages aren't holding
i am hardly there in spirit

what is a snake?
what is an apple?

tiles, self-angst
grime, grimace
spiders--webs--pests trapped
the dandelion hairs
wittled away
on the esper of
a wavering cord...withering

is it true baby?
did we miss the more?

forever
alone

is that baby even mine?

don't you know
everyone is afraid of the dark
