sad poet

im slowly about to fade away

I try all I can to hold on

I try to pray but I found no answer

memories play just to break me down

lonely kills me slowly and time ticks away

and I become nothing more then other sad poet  

and emptiness is the blade upon my skin

as my lungs become numb

Has the sound of serious depression. Nice imagery here, but people who talk this way often kill themselves. I hope this is not autobiographical; if it is, please get help.
