to sensei

I went to my shingon temple and my sensei prayed for me without me asking him to

I didn't hold my breath in gate of peace

I fall on my knees crying for someone to end my pain   

and there you was you took me in and held me close to your arms

you knew I was in pain so you took me in and listen to my cries

then you prayed for me

there I was about to cry but I held so you wont see

but I know you could see the sorrow in my eyes you knew I was on my end

but you held me and told everything was going to be okay

I needed someone to show they care so I could hold on

and once I left the gates I could feel you still watching me

you and I knew you wanted to listen to my story so you could

save this one star from the dark hole

in that you just became my hope
