To Valkyrie

This is pagan death poem please enjoy

In a cold dark world i lay on my death bed
Waiting to take my last breath
The windows are open as winds slowly bush against my face
I heart the sound of beating drums
The voices lingers in my doorway
A past that held my heart

Oh how the times pass
The doctor came to see me
He he spoke about death
He told me where my soul will be
And smile and kindly and say

That ill be in winds alongside of my ancestors
We will watch over the new generation
And lead them home

Then as I smile one last time
I Slowly welcome Valkyrie to lead home
I knew my time was about to end
In light that shines over me i saw my love
Who passed before me

Now Valkyrie I’m ready to say goodbye this world
The winds slowly welcome me home
As i take one last look at my poor lifeless body
The doctor said a pray for me
As smile i knew where ill be
