Life is Dependent

Life is Dependent

A Poem by mockingbird shadow
"

sonnet

"

The Earth full of life that does strive,

supplied by the energy of the sun.

Which without its light wouldn’t thrive,

all life would be done.

The vast forest full of trees,

nourished by the rains.

Which without no forest there would be,

nor flowers, grasses, and farmer’s grains.

The splendor of the silver clad knight,

accompanied by his sword and shield.

Which without there would be no fight,

and no need for a battle field.

Life depends on one another,

to help ourselves and help each other.

That's an interesting writing style...I like it. It makes me really think about what I've just read...each and every line having equal value to the message. And the message is clear and concise, but still full of lovely flowing language. I love you you've pointed out that good is somehow dependent upon good and bad (swords and battlefields) is also dependent upon bad.
