Two Way Street

Two Way Street

A Poem by Lestat's daughter

You're obvuiously blind.

If you can't see what I see,

Then you must be.

There's no other explenation.

Why else can't you see what they're doing to you?

They take and take,

Never giving anything back.

Am I the only one who can see it?

If I told you you wouldn't listen.

It's just how you deal with it.

The truth is right there but you refuse it.

You're only hurting yourself.

I hate you for it,

But I love you for being so strong!

It's a two way street though.

The Truth or the lies?

Which road will you take?

Some people are blind to the truth especially if they are in love... it can take a lot of lies to wake up a person... great vent.

Sometimes it takes tragic misfortunes to open your eyes.

It's easier for one to go along than open their eyes. it's sad as well. Good work here!
