My happy place

My happy place

A Poem by To be scene To be heard

Fiery sky.
White fluffy clouds.
Painted with a steady hand.
Strikes of calming yellow.
Warming red.
Silent orange.
Cristal blue waters.
Scent of its salty mist in gulfs me.
Capturing this moment.
Holding it tightly in my hands.
Never letting it go.
Feeling the sand against my feet.
The wind dancing around me.
This is my happy place.
Right here in this everlasting peacefulness.

I want to have my happy place too !! xD
Anyway, coming back to the poem, i loved all the colours you've described, personally i agree only to the association you've made with crystal blue, can't associate the other colours to the adjectives you've decided, anyway you made it really convincing so i liked it =D ! "The wind dancing around me", great personification. Great poem :)

Nicely said :)
the 7th line I think you should use the word engulfs as opposed to the 2 words
in gulfs I'm thinking was your intent.

a very good write. it holds true meanig within the words. The sky needs some praise for its way of making everything so much more beautiful. You have such a vivid mind in writing.
