Lovers

A Poem by Madelyn G.

Lover let my lay with you
No one else but you
Let earth and time stop
Just for this moment
Lover hear my sighs
Lover let me lay with you
Lover let me by yours
Lover be only mine
Lover you take a piece of my soul everywhere you go
Lover every time you leave the air goes cold
Lover just let me go

The beginning brought the ties... and good clarity. The middle brought questions to mind of losing the strands of commitment... the last section - a goodbye.

Nice write, I am assuming this is the one you wanted me to read, this one seemed like you were releasing your emotion and freeing yourself from burdon all at once!
