stopping in thye woods

this poem is about a man who stopped by woods in the winters. the woods were filled with snow. there he describes his feelings

whose woods are these i think i know.
his house is in the village though.
he will not see me stopping here.
to watch his woods fill up with snow.

my little horse must think i forget.
to stop without a farmhouse near.
between the woods and frozen lake.
the darkest night of the year.

he gives his ringing bells a push.
to ask if there is some mistake.
the only other sound,s the hush.
of easy wind and falling flake.

i wanted much to stop there.
but i have some promise to keep.
and miles to travel before i sleep.
