A poem about the artist's need to bring into being(something, anything)

"Where there is no vision, the people perish"--Proverbs 29:14

Numerous humans
don't understand the creative persons'
need to create
that for us it's innate
to put
pen to paper
paint to canvas
image to photo
thread to cloth
bead to string
or whatever thing
is placed in you
to REproduce
BE-YOU-Ty
the hmmmm,
what shall I do next?
ending to a story
or that finishing touch
to an original design
incepted first in the artistically
complex mind
decisions
decisions
decisions
in all it's different
forms and visions
for without one
we would vanish.

The ending really interested me, as the poem seemed to sort of dissolve out with your use of the word vanish.
