It's hard to explain how I feel when i'm with you. I still miss you.

 

Like I can't get enough of you; as if i'm still longing for you. Your

 

like a thirst that I keep trying to quench.  I'm wanting to hold you,

 

and never let go wishing I could turn back time to when

 

we first said hello.  Will I always feel this way? I guess I hope so.

 

Even though I'm wanting to quench my thirst of you, it has to be a

good thing to always thirst for you.

Great job on this poem! I was able to take a few different meanings away from it. 1) the possibility of loving someone so much that you miss them even when you are with them, and that is simply beautiful! To be able to feel for someone that deeply is truly a special thing. 2) Hoping that you will always feel this strongly about a person, to always feel the butterflies everyday, the same way you felt them the first time you met. 3) At the same time it can be scary to feel for someone so much, for there is always a fear that you will lose them.
