My little girl

My little girl

A Poem by Amorous Palm

I am always really taking care of a little girl,

but she's invisible,

she exists in another world,

she's very defiant, she hates the rules,

something she can't control,

or can she?

Her name is rose, a very sad soul

She isn't who she wants to be,

she longs for a parent figure,

she doesn't care if it's just a mom,

or just a dad,

as long as that person loves her, won't abandon her,

she wonders why, the sadness seems to always linger,

why no one bothers to ever call,

why she continues to stay mad,

It's sunny outside,

her favorite type of weather,

no need to hide,

no need for a sweater,

she breathes in the clean breeze,

no need for a sneeze,

she closes her eyes and with a big sigh of relief,

its okay .
