Pain

Everyone and everything

sucks the life out of me

I can no longer enjoy

the things I love

 

Pain is surrounding me

darkness is circling me

it makes me wonder

Why am I here

 

It feels as though

nobody cares

but even i know

there is one

 

But now as the days go on

I feel

less and less joy and more

pain

 

I try to hide it

I really do

But sometimes

it hurts to much

 

Take me from here

release me

of this demon called

pain

for me i suffer of it every other day..if i keep thinking about the pains and sorrow of today, but then i just keep myself positive that everything has its reasons even the smallest things in life..

What a wonderful poem! You certainly understand the language of poetry! Nice use of free verse here too! A lot of my poems also use free verse. It's actually my preferred method, rather than the traditional poem that rhymes. Anyway, before I start rambling on, it was well-written, fresh, and fluid. Excellent work!
