![]() PrologueA Chapter by Denisa Matei"Honey, as a last wish, I want you to be what I've never been. I want you to become a famous writer of vampire stories! my mom said and then she closed her eyes and died. That memory still haunts me even if more than eight years passed. I can not forget her last wish and I really want to make her dream come true. That's what I said from the beginning that I want to do and I knew that I want to make her proud , even up there among the angels where she is now. At the moment I am in a train going to the city of Brasov, a city from Romania, known for its legendary hunters of the night, the vampires. And because I have one more hour till my destination, I decided to read a little of my favorite book, Twilight. I loved this story from the beginning. Adventure and love in the same place, the only thing that makes me read it. Hopefully, one day, I will write a book and I hope it will become as successful as this one. I think it would be my greatest achievement and I really want to make it happen. I chose Brasov just because I read on the internet about the existence of a book which tells the story of a young vampire who lived in the past. "So you want to find the book of the legendary vampire Shadow!" the old women sitting on the seat in front of me said. "Y .. yes! How did you know?" I asked puzzled. "You said that a few seconds ago! she said smiling.. Okay, I think I'm really crazy because I do not remember saying that. Anyway, let's see what this old lady knows. "You say want to find that book! I hope you know that it's a really dangerous book. "What are you talking about?" "That book is full of mysteries and everyone says that it was be cursed by a vampire named Shadow, who disappeared many years ago. Nobody knows what happened to him." "It's a pretty scary story! I wonder if it is true!" I said and then I looked out the window. "No one knows! I tell you one thing: if you find the book, don't read the words on the front page because they will unleash chaos everywhere." "I understand!" I said and when I looked at the chair where that old lady sat, I was amazed to see that she was not there. This story scared me a little and somehow I think that is quite true. I mean, I don't see why would this women tell me lies, even though we just met. It seems a woman of confidence. However, because I was thinking about what she told me, I never realized that the train reached the station. I took my luggage and got off, being ready to start my new adventure which is based on an old legend.
