who would mourn

who would mourn

A Poem by Kira

who would mourn
who would mourn for the selfish
who would mourn for the guilty
the broken
 the bent
  the damned
   the diseased
    the dead
     the living
      the faithless
       the unholy
        the unneeded
         the unfit
the family would forget about the black sheep
the schools wouldn't care for the unpopular the unimportant
the workplace won't care about another cog in the machine just buy another
the church doesn't care about the unsaved in their eyes
the neighborhood thinks its just new neighbors
the city doesn't care as long as they get money
the state just want taxes
the country doesn't care about the minorities
the continent its just another statistic
the world its nothing but life
Who would mourn for you
Who would mourn for me
