what does Derpression means to me

just what are my ideas and how I view the word depression

when I think about the word Depression I think of emotions

sad, mad, angry, upset, weak, and lost!

when I feel depressed I feel all types of ways like a cinderblock hard and difficult to move

Also trapped in a cadge

no freedom

no one to help me or save me

I also feel kidnapped no one to cry for help

When I feel depressed I run, hide, cry, write, eat, draw, yell, or just sleep

But also depression can also give you a reality check

When my mom drinks and the ACS people take me away due to my moms abuse, I'm suppose to learn two things

1. When I have kids never treat them that way because I know how  it felt

2. Move on you cant let that incident affect you or keep you down because its your life not no ones

Every time I wake up I not only thank god for another  day on this earth, but I look for the negative things that are

going to happen in my life and learn from them!
