"Evil can only succeed If good people do nothing" - unknown

It was the quote that caught my eye

And nearly made me cry.

Few things can truly boil my blood,

But this quote certainly could.

When i think of what it means

it holds more truth than it seems.

We live our lives in bliss

Just think of all that we miss.

Starvation, masequere and injustice

Barely begin to break the surface.

Is it that we pretend they never happen?

or that we're to busy to apprehend it?

We sit around and let evil win

Because we're to lazy to prevent the sins.

Why don't we go a new direction?

Perhaps change the method of prevention.
