I need to take a break from trying to find love. It doesn't work and one guy showed me that.

I am done with love

And I'm done with trust

Hard as it may be

This is a must

 

The tears are streaming now

The anger has reason

I am sick and tired of

How you act like little children

 

All of your harsh words

How you loved to ignore me

It really opened my eyes

And now I can finally see

 

I'm sorry I defended you

I'm sorry that I changed

Now that I am done with you

The real me will stay the same

 

I am done with love

And I'm done with trust

I can finally see

That this is a must

It's a nice poem, but according to your description not entirely accurate. You said, "I need to take a break from trying to find love", but in the poem you said, "I am done with love."
