The question is why do parents from a different generation and society think it is okay to dictate your child's future and avoid any possible mistake for them that a natural human being makes, mistakes called experiences. How much can they really control? Western society teaches us to believe one thing, feel a certain way, never give up, and find happiness in the moment of now. My cultural society believes until your done with your career and future upholding importance, nothing fun is allowed, nothing to stray you off your path to your future. Even forming a tighter relationship with god? Yes even that. This needs to stop. Women of all ages DESERVE to have a choice, a chance.
