A Poem by Michael Oliver
"

just practicepeices from every day life

"

              The bee -black - leaving

The blossom falls - a white parting

And the space - well once

              As the chair scrapes

              Cream billows entice to heel

              The trotting lapdog

              Sunshine wedding bright

              The jackdaw is preening

              The open question

              The yew tree is cut

              The spider is wandering

              Over his new realm

              Cross legged with his dog

              Outside the shop waiting for

              Enlightenment - mum
