Suffocate

All these thoughts in my mind
Swarming, tearing me apart inside
I’m suffocating, there’s no where to go
I’m boxed in, I’m running out of room
I can’t breathe, the pain in my chest is stifling
I’m dizzy, my head is spinning around in circles
I’m losing my grip on reality, I’m scared to death
I can’t do this, I have to get away
I won’t win this war, I’ll lose battles
I’m lost, I don’t know where to turn
I’m I’m spiraling out of control, I don’t know what to do
I’m tired, and no one sees
I’m gone, there’s nothing you can do to save me
