A Poem by Kate
"

You laid these foundations and I’m building on them. Watch me.

"

Lies.

The truth is to be kept hidden, where it won’t hurt.

That another could mean more than this one.

You laid these foundations and I’m building on them.

Watch me.

Nothing, insignificant,

the beauty of the feeling doesn’t mean a thing

when all you do is wound.

I stole the colours from the rainbow.

I killed the dream before it had a chance to grow.

You started this and

I finished.

Lies will twist up a life. When you lose the trust of someone. What is left? Poem is powerful. It had wisdom too. A outstanding poem.
