New Age

New Age

A Poem by Mizuki Tsukiakari

Consumed by a black blanket of stars stitched within,
A sky of millions, cold, low lights twinkle,
Each a poet who burns eternally dim.
New days bring new nights, a life cycle ongoing,
Far away black blanket, gift of a single bright star delivered,
Pointed out in the sky. Needed not, more sewing.
