Orange Pekoe with a Hint of Bergamont (Fortress)

Orange Pekoe with a Hint of Bergamont (Fortress)

A Poem by JaneIvany

Square
Decomposing
Cubicle
Plays safe-haven, post daily battles lost,
I pace you,
Lean on you,
Your sturdy support
Flick ash,
after ash,
Cherry burns
Singe!
Your my physical dump
Emotional release station
The constant in my life.
As you wither beneath me,
My blows
I thank you.
Stare upon sky-filled jewels
Smoke rings
     O
      O
       O
& Wonder
" What the f**k am I doing here? "
