Let Alone

Let Alone

A Poem by M J Moore
"

Just some ramblings

"

One look—
and a 2 hour heart race

A smile—
and a day's worth of sighs

1 kiss—
and a night without sleep

Your fingers in my hair,

silk down to my waist,
my scent lingers on you,

I smell you in the morning,
a touch of the lips,
flutterings of the heart,
your hand where it's never been before...

No sleep for days.

What happens after a good...

hard...

long thought?

Will you ever just get out of my head?

Shhh....

Let's pretend it never happened.

About
I want to be different some days. Some days I'm perfectly happy and content being me. I think in third person. I don't like to cry. Only 2 people can make me cry. I tend to strike out when I'm sad o.. more..
