Revolving Doors

Revolving Doors

A Poem by Max L

Keep me, trap me, spare some mercy

Life’s no game, nor is there gain,

When you’re the adversary.

Gag me, squeeze me, guarantee me

The right to breathe spasmodically.

When walls cave in and I cave out,

Mountain Me now crumbles down.

But right when I’m about to choke,

You tease and help

To please yourself.

But you, you know it’s just a hoax;

Then pink turns black and black turns blue,

Again the cycle starts anew

So evolve your doors, revolving w***e,

But always, I’ll be fighting.
