I reached into the sky.

I pulled down galaxies one by one.

I counted the nebulae,

the planets,  

& the suns.

I took a deep breath.

I dove into the depths inside,

in search for a deeper meaning of life.

We are the cosmos.

Not ego, not mind.

We are the Universe, 

divided across space & time.

Experience this,

the here & the now.

The past is done

&

future is unsound.

We are miracles,

Animated with life.

We are because we are,

& it is truly divine.

This is so good, simple and a very lovely piece. I like the 3rd and 5th stanzas of the lot - such convincing revelations!
