Importance

Have you ever loved someone so much,

you'd give your life for them.

Pour your heart, empty your soul,

Break every rule for them.

 

Have you ever been valued so much,

you know you were her armor.

And you would forbid anyone,

who would try to harm her.

 

Have you ever felt you were important,

like you were constructed for a special purpose.

To protect, serve, and live for that reason,

To love that reason through every crevice.

 

Have you ever cried for them,

shed tears cause you hurt them.

Held your face in anguish and shame,

feeling lost in sorrow and condemn.

 

What happens when they leave,

when fading memories is all you have with you.

When the sun sets, and all light disappears,

when despair and darkness couldn't be more true.

 

Have you ever gone crazy,

and jumped up to touch the sky.

Felt the shine from their smile,

and spread your wings wide?

 

You know they define you,

you know they make you who you are.

You know you love them with all your heart,

even if you are quite far.

 

You're love for them is boundless,

cause you know you're nothing without them.

They're the answer to all your prayers,

making you penetrate your wall of phlegm.

 

I love my angel so much,

though I don't show it as much.

But she know just as well as i do,

 

how much i depend on her gentle, sweet, tender, caressing touch....
