Change

Change

A Poem by Chuck

We took every last star down in your room.

          (Almost)

Punching holes in the ceiling,

and littering your floor with a new glow.

It was so much fun searching for pennies and pop tabs

Finding old toys, yearbooks, and films we haven't seen yet.

And with the walls completely bare,

You turned off the light.

Only then, in complete darkness,

listening to you singing along with our music..

..Did i realize you were changing.

Whatever happens, Please

Just take me with you.

Very interesting. The writing is very vague, which makes it all the more interesting.
