Fifteen Minutes

Fifteen Minutes

A Poem by Monday Parker

He called last night
Late

Whispered calmly into the phone

He wanted to see me

To taste me

Fifteen minutes between my legs

Was all he needed

He said he wanted to please me

To tease me

To make my back arch underneath his mouth

He wanted to make my legs tremble

and my head spin

That’s exactly what he did.

I awoke this morning

Slightest smile stained my face

My body still

Quivering

My mind still

soaring.
