Farmhouse

Farmhouse

A Poem by Tamara Moon
"

It's about my friend's great-grandparent's farmhouse.

"
FARMHOUSE
I walk up the creaking stairs
in the farmhouse.
On a little coffee table
there is a doily.
It has crocheted roses.
Downstairs there is an old desk,
an ancient radio.
Out back are bushes.
Blueberry bushes.
This little farmhouse...
How long will it last?
