I Believe In Miracles

I Believe In Miracles

A Poem by Bo Lanier

Well and I believe in the innate

Goodness of people everywhere

I believe in what's fair is fair and

Justice for all

I believe in dreams and following

One’s own heart no matter how

Big or small

I believe in Heaven and God above

I Believe In Miracles just as sure

As I believe in love

Call me what you want but this

Way is my way even on those dark

And rainy days I keep the faith and

I am not afraid because I know

Jesus loves me and hears the prayers

I pray well I believe, I believe and that

Sets my spirit free

You may not believe the way I do

But that's ok nobody said you had to

But if we can just let our pride and

Hatred goes there's still a chance we can

See eye to eye that love and only love

Is the goal oh because

I believe in the innate

Goodness of people everywhere

I believe in what's fair is fair and

Justice for all

I believe in dreams and following

One’s own heart no matter how

Big or small

I believe in Heaven and God above

I Believe In Miracles just as sure

As I believe in love

And that sets my spirit free because

I believe, I believe!
