Not the Same.

Not the Same.

A Poem by Jason Young

Dead halt, red lead ball-

Try to fly and fall.

Dare to be more than me

You egocentric plastic trees.

Individuality is bizarre

But haven’t we taken this too far?

The whole world wants more

But what do we need it for?

You’re really not the same

Who’re you and what is your name?

I saw a man up there on the moon

The whole world thinks I’m a loon

The clock’s sick of ticking

Wishing it could stop clicking

People get worn and old

One day, we’ll stop living.

About
Go to the edge of the cliff and jump off. Build your wings on the way down. Why would you clone people when you can go to bed with them and make a baby? C'mon, it's stupid. There is more than one way.. more..
