The Most Helpful Destruction.

The Most Helpful Destruction.

A Poem by Jason Young

Isn’t it quite a sad ordeal

When you use the same hammer

To build and destroy and conceal

When your nails become your comfort

Your words of love become words of hate

The atom is being used to kill today

The fire you wished would burn in your soul

Has become a blazing wasteland, truth be told

The plane you fly is a weapon of war

The car you drive is slash and tore

The hours you spend, the energy you use

Just to think up a righteous noose

The poems you write

Filled with sadness and despair

They just become commercial slights

Your life is what you wear

The songs you sang

Together in peace

Are anthems of a generation

Who don’t know the word please

About
Go to the edge of the cliff and jump off. Build your wings on the way down. Why would you clone people when you can go to bed with them and make a baby? C'mon, it's stupid. There is more than one way.. more..
