Nothing Comes Out

Nothing Comes Out

A Poem by jonathan
"

Gives no hope

"

Hours, seconds, days

Passing like a small faze

Where's it all going except away

Tomorrow's a new day, we don't have time to play, if we don't keep moving we won't be ok, if we stop there's no way we'll get high, if we don't get high we won't get by

Succeed, live good, do what ever it takes to get on top

Keep going, never stop

If you rest a moment you'll get behind

Happiness is hard to find, do what it takes to get what you want, break peoples hearts to get up front, be selfish, don't care, who ever said you had to be fare

Hours, seconds, your last day

There you are, alone you lay

Your infront, your ahead, but the loneliness you can't shed, where's the happiness they talked about, instead your love is in a drought

Inside your head you can hear yourself shout, but outside nothing comes out

Nothing comes out

Author's Note

jonathan
This is my favorite one I've writen. The story in this poem, if you didn't get it, is about a man that would do whatever it took to get ahead in life. But in the end his life flew by and he was all alone. The way it was wrote was to help the reader understand that his life was going by so fast.
