Aquamarine Eyes

Aquamarine Eyes

A Poem by Chloe Powell
"

An auto-bio. poem about self-recovery.

"

Aquamarine eyes
Filled with a lot to hide.
Hidden things
Few see.
This is me.

Aquamarine eyes
Barely anything to hide.
Hidden things
Began to lessen.
This is me.

Aquamarine eyes,
Full of life,
Nothing to hide.
Hidden things completely vanished,
Every moment now cherished.
This is me,
Who I'm meant to be.
