Wall of Glass

Wall of Glass

A Poem by mynerdyvengeance
"

'What if right now it isn't some game anymore?'

"
So what if I don't want to say goodbye to you tonight?
And what if I don't want to wait any longer darling?
It's been to long waiting for you to answer me
Standing here knocking on your door
And oh how darling I wish you were with me now.
So what if I don't want to see you every day?
Watching you tease me in my face and pull my hair.
What if right now it isn't some game anymore?
What if right now I toyed your emotions dear?
But I can't because they had to be yours.
Do you think this way baby?
Are you listening maybe?
Do you see this wall of glass in between us?
I don't, I'm smashing it down.
