A Poem by Nini Bukia

a poem created with parts of different lyrics

There's  colors  on the street

Red, White and Blue
And my clock just makes the colors turn grey.

When I'm  home, living is easier  with eyes closed

Misunderstanding is all you  see

You've got half  sun, but you've  got no one

It was good  to be there  in the bright  lights,
but I lost good friends  under the spotlight
So I try  to forget it any way I can.

There's  colors  on the street,
Red, white and Blue
I'd  go black and I'd  go blue
No, there's  nothing  I wouldn't  do.

Drink up with me and forget  all about,
But
let's  keep  it private.
(Don't  say anything.)
