Cameo Butterfly Kisses

Cameo Butterfly Kisses

A Poem by Nancy Lee Shrader

Butterfly Kisses

Kisses

Butterfly delight

Enjoy her sweet candy slobbers

Enchanting

Feel the attack of the butterfly

Grandpa and granddaughter’s treat

Sweet lips

This is very adorable and oddly moving. It makes me miss being a child and my grandparents, and just everything about them...their cookies, the smell of their home, but mostly them...and how I wish I could see them again. It's not a sad moving though, it's not missing that they're gone, but rather a joy from when they were here. The happy side of mourning :)

At least that's what I got from it.
This is truly beautiful.
