the lux 

lux translates from latin to light so it shouldnt be surprising to hear that they are being of living humanoid plasma specifically helium-hydrogen fusion giving the leader class of the empire a yellowish-orange tint. the humans part of the warrior class of this empire use compact gel suits capable of nano regeneration of the user, their weapons consist of hard light, plasma and anti matter weapons. and plasma elementals are also capable of being humanoid.  they really dont need weapons like the lux, they themselves are use-able as weapons being made of well plasma. their homeworld lies in a system with two stars and three planets, two of which are uninhabitable the one habitable ṕlanet is defended by a hard light sphere when under siege. the planet has three layers two of which are synthetic metallic superstructures.  the last layer is pure life filled planet. all species on the planet are pretty much real animals to avoid copy right issues. their ships  use helium based plasma weapons and torpedoes. the lux have one secret weapon. anti-matter lux. humanoid anti matter beings. one human named azriel is a hybrid between the lux and humans (talk about scientifically impossible yea?) anways he constantly runs a fever of 500 degrees fahrenheit  and can somewhat control his lux he cannot fly he can however glow like a lightbulb and has ridiculousl hightened senses and reaction time and withstand temperatures up to 2000 degrees fahrenheit.
