The silent me

The silent me

A Poem by Mika Haruna

The roaming stars fade away.

a tear drains her heart

The sleepless me

drowns her

sorrow

A lone whisper draws her close.

A wish of death pushes you

away. The quiet is

unbearable

Silence in a dark night.

Untouches by the ashes, left

to die. She leaves me here

In this sad world to wait

out the night. Death

becomes the only

reality.

Dawn draws near, a small light

That is far too late. Someone

Help, a small voice

goes unheard.
